Terms of sale

These conditions regulate the purchase of products on Telencasa, a marketplace owned by Telencasa (Synkiria SL) (NIF —). Each item is sold by a specialized store (seller); Telencasa manages publication, collection, and support.

Products and prices

Prices are shown in euros with taxes included. The owner reserves the right to modify prices and the catalog; the applicable price is the one in force at the time the order is finalized.

Purchase and payment process

Once the order is confirmed, you will receive an email with the summary. Payment is made by card through Redsys' secure gateway.

Shipping

Shipments are made by the seller to the indicated address. Shipping times and costs are shown in the purchase process before confirming the order. Times are indicative and may vary due to external causes.

Withdrawal and returns

In accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users), you have 14 calendar days from receipt to withdraw from the purchase, except for legal exceptions. To process a return, write to info@telencasa.com. Products must be returned in perfect condition and with their original packaging.

Warranty

Products have the legal guarantee established by current regulations against non-conformities.
